Orders
All orders are processed same day and shipped by the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your doppler has been shipped. Orders usually take 1-3 days to reach customers depending on customer location and shipping method.
Returning Your Rental Unit
Unfortunately, due to international law (US/CAD customs law) we are unable to provide our US customers with retrun shipping labels. US customers are responsible for returning the doppler back to us here in Canada.
If you need to let us know about your intent to return you may do so via email Click Here or by calling and leaving a message with your first and last name and your re-occuring billing date. Please use the return slip provided with your rental (Canadian residents only). If you have lost your return slip or if you are located in the US, please send your return to the address below.
