All orders received during regular shipping hours are processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed in the evening or over the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your doppler has been shipped. Orders usually take 1-5 days to reach customers depending on customer location and shipping method.
If you live in the United States you can use the same tracking number in the Canada Post email on www.usps.com to track your product.
Returning Your Rental Unit
Unfortunately, due to international law (US/CAD customs law) we are unable to provide our US customers with return shipping labels. US customers are responsible for returning the doppler back to us here in Canada.
Please let us know of your intent to return so that we can put your account on hold. You may do so via email Click Here or by calling and leaving a message with your first and last name and your reoccurring billing date. Please use the return slip provided with your rental (Canadian residents only). If you have lost your return slip or if you are located in the US, please send your return to the address below. All returns are expected in a timely manner. We will hold your account for 2 weeks past your billing date only. Thank you!
